    Shipping Policy

    Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days 
    • Shipping cost is calculated when the order is processed

    International Shipping:
    We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping fees vary by destination. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Return Eligibility:
    Items must be returned within [30] days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
    • Please include your name and order number so we can process your return as quickly as possible. 

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Supplements

    Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please email us at orders@aphassinger.us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item.

    Refunds:
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days after we receive and inspect your return. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items received that are damaged or not returned in sellable condition. 

    Exchanges:
    We offer free exchanges for size or color changes within 5 days of delivery on full priced items. Contact us to arrange an exchange. We will send you a prepaid label to return the item. Item must be shipped back within 5 business days of label being provided. 

    Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to cancel if the order has already been processed.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
